Nursing Shadow Program

Get a closer look at our Nursing Program as part of the Shadow Program. You will spend a few hours observing classroom instruction and simulation, meeting faculty and students, and touring the school to get an understanding of the student experience at Reading Hospital's School of Health Sciences.

Your experience in the Nursing Shadow Program includes:

• Welcome by an instructor
• Classroom observation
• Nursing simulation laboratory observation
• Tour of the School of Health Sciences
• Admissions information
• Meeting with Admissions, upon your request

Selection of Participants

Participants will be selected with the completion of:

• Shadow Request Form - Please include a brief statement as to why you wish to shadow a nursing student
• Shadow Permission Form [PDF] - For high school students
• Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination
