COVID Vaccination Mandate for Shadowing/Observational Experiences and Enrollment in Programs
Effective August 1, 2021 individuals who request a shadowing or observational experience are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before the experience.
Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences has implemented mandatory COVID-19 vaccination. All students and future students need to be fully vaccinated or have an approved exemption on file to be permitted to enroll, attend classes, and participate in clinical experiences. Fully vaccinated is defined as two weeks after a second dose of a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.
Please call the School at 484-628-0100 or 484-628-0109 to connect with a member of the admissions team and to review the key points of the mandatory vaccine requirement.
