Reading Health Rehabilitation Hospital to Hold Carnival on September 22

On Friday, September 22, Reading Health Rehabilitation Hospital (RHRH) will hold its fourth annual carnival to recognize National Rehabilitation Week. The carnival will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at RHRH, 2802 Papermill Road, in Wyomissing.

Patients and family are invited to play carnival games, visit the photo booth, and enjoy food, face painting, music and more. The carnival is open to current and former rehabilitation patients as well as RHRH staff.

The games and activities at the carnival are designed to help patients with their recovery. The carnival also offers patients, former patients and staff an opportunity to have fun and celebrate patients' accomplishments. RHRH staff members are inspired every day by patients' hard work and determination during their recovery.

The carnival is RHRH's culminating activity during National Rehabilitation Week, which runs September 17 to 23. The week is designed to educate people about the benefits of rehabilitation and the capabilities of people with disabilities.
