Reading Health Rehabilitation Hospital Sponsors Golf Clinic for Amputees
Reading Health Rehabilitation Hospital is sponsoring the National Amputee Golf Association's "First Swing/Learn to Golf" Clinic led by Executive Director Bob Buck of the Eastern Amputee Golf Association on Tuesday, June 14, from 1 to 3 p.m. This event will take place at the Sittler Golf Center in Kutztown, Pa. This program is free for all participants with disability and their family members.
Bob Buck is a below knee amputee with more than 40 years of experience and will be demonstrating some adaptive golf equipment before leading the group to practice their golf swings. The National Amputee Golf Association's First Swing/Learn to Golf Seminar and Clinic was a vision that Bob had for rehab and golf professionals in the disabled community.
