Description

Tai Chi is a practice of slow, gentle, and continuous movements. It may be practiced standing up or sitting in a chair. Those who have Parkinsons Disease may see benefits of improved balance, stability, mobility, and flexibility. The practice of Tai Chi may also help reduce stress and improve quality of life.
