The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program is an exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. Classes meet one-hour three times
per week for six weeks. Join a group with a certified instructor or get a guidebook and walk on your own. Program is FREE. Guidebook and pedometer to track your steps are included with registration.
April 16th through May 25th will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
April 17th through May 24th will be Tuesdays and Thursdays.
