The Brain Injury Support Group is designed to offer support to survivors of a brain injury, along with their family and friends. The support group is focused on providing education, emotional support, and opportunities for socialization and peer support. Location: Reading Health Rehabilitation Hospital, 2802 Papermill Road, Wyomissing, PA 19610. For more information, please call 484-628-2721.
