• Are a woman 40 years or older, or are experiencing a breast problem
• Are uninsured or underinsured
• Have not had a mammogram in the past year
• Are not under the care of a physician for a breast problem

Register for this FREE cervical screening program if you:

• Are a woman 21 years or older
• Are uninsured or underinsured
• Have not had a gynecologic exam in the last year
• Have not had a Pap test in the last three years
• Are not under the care of a physician for a gynecologic problem
