This program is designed to optimize calorie burn, build lean muscle, and improve overall fitness through a balanced and effective approach.
Multiple series will be held throughout the year. Strength classes are held Tuesday 4:30-5:30 in the gym, Swim classes are held Thursday 4:30-5:30 in the pool. The cost for the series of 6 weeks (12 classes) is $100, the option for a week trial is available and costs $20 per week, the option for strength only is $10. If you are interested in pool only, please look at the aquatic fitness classes.
