This two-part series (2 separate sessions – i.e., Part 1 is the 1st Monday of the month, and Part 2 will be on the 2nd Monday of the month) provides important information to prepare expectant parents for the birth of their baby. You will learn what to expect during labor and birth. Topics include signs of labor, stages of labor, the role of the support person, and pain management (natural and medicinal). Additionally, you will have the opportunity to practice a variety of comfort measures, including relaxation techniques, breathing patterns, and more.
