The mission of the Student Accounts Office is to provide excellent service to our customers in an efficient, timely, and customer-oriented manner. We are committed to using sound financial procedures and controls ensuring financial transactions are accurately processed and proper records are maintained.
What We Do
The Student Accounts Office (SAO) is responsible for the assessment and collection of student tuition and fees. Working closely with the Financial Aid Office, we’re able to provide financial information and offer the resources necessary to the pursuit of this goal. We manage all student payments, Federal Loans & Grants, State Grants, scholarships, departmental deposits, tuition waivers, 3rd Party/Sponsor billing, debt collection, student refunds and tax reporting. The SAO is also responsible for monitoring and reconciling all student account activities.
